Labocosmetica #HPC 30ml - Hybrid Nano Ceramic Coating
Labocosmetica #HPC paves the way to a whole new category of coatings dedicated to the overcoat. Thanks to its "nano hydro-gel system" technology, it creates a hydrophobic membrane with a polymeric matrix made up of "building blocks", which form lattices and adhere directly to the surface at room temperature, creating a highly resistant and elastic layer.
#HPC is resistant to chemical, saline and uv ray attacks which cause corrosion and non-removable stains it also has antifouling properties its distinguishing feature is its antistatic and antifouling capacity, leaving the car clean for longer.
The #HPC coating can be applied alone or as a protective agent on other #Labocosmetica coatings, such as #SAM. This membrane creates a three-dimensional gloss that provides deep shine and enhances the colour of the paint.

How to apply Labocosmetica #HPC
As with all ceramic coatings, a fully prepared bodywork is key to success.
It is highly recommended to use a base layer, like Labocosmetica #SAM prior applying #HPC
- Clean and degrease the surfaces with Labocosmetica #Veritas (dilution 1:5)
- Apply in linear movement from top to bottom, then left to right, avoiding crossing.
- Leave for 2 to 6 minutes until streaks with bubbles appear
- Buff with supplied buffing microsuede cloth
Do not wet in 24 hours and do not wash in 7-10 days for complete cure.
The #Labocosmetica coatings were subjected to different stress tests first in the laboratory and then directly in the field thanks also to the collaboration of different international detailers.
We have selected the cities with the most extreme climatic conditions in the world: Dubai (United Arab Emirates) for the scorching heat and its sandstorms, Delhi (India) and Manila (Philippines) for the suffocating smog and the tropical heat, Moscow (Russia) and Gothenburg (Sweden) for the cold and the road conditions, in addition to the major European capitals where the climatic and road conditions are certainly more normal.
It should be noted that for the entire duration of the tests it was not always possible to comply with the coating maintenance program recommended by us.
This allowed us to verify the condition of the treated surface in the worst situation.
With the results of the numerous tests we have made a weighted average where it can be seen that one year of life of our coatings is approximately 15,000 km.
Based on this data, we can therefore state that:
