Bilt Hamber Dynax-UB is a dark brown, high-performance anti-corrosion wax engineered specifically for automotive underbodies and steel structures. Formulated with elastic polymers, it creates a tough, abrasion-resistant film that withstands impact from road debris. Unlike traditional bitumen-based underseals, Dynax-UB will not peel or trap water against the metal surface. Active polar corrosion inhibitors penetrate existing rust to arrest active corrosion while providing long-term protection to clean steel. It substantially outperforms competing underbody coatings in ASTM B117 salt-spray trials.

- 750ml Aerosol: Equipped with a standard spray button and a 145mm extension straw attachment for box sections and recessed areas. Leaves a textured, professional "stippled" finish. Usage rate: approximately 4 x 750ml cans per medium-sized vehicle underbody.
- 5L Bulk Container (Jerry Can): Formulated for application using a brush, roller, or compressor-fed spray equipment. Viscosity varies naturally with ambient temperature (ranging from a soft grainy texture to a firm gel). Coverage rate: 8–10 m² per litre.

Application Guidelines
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry and free of loose, flaky rust, scale, or failing previous coatings.
- Viscosity Adjustment: Due to temperature sensitivity, product viscosity varies. Stand the container in warm water prior to application if a thinner consistency is required for spraying or brushing.
- Application Method: Apply a minimum of two coats spaced 24 hours apart. The first coat primes the substrate; the second coat builds protection. Aim for a uniform dry film thickness of 80–100 microns.
- Maintenance: Re-apply or top up high-impact areas as required over time. Clean or remove using white spirit or solvent wipes.
