EWOCAR WheelPro is a high-strength ceramic coating engineered specifically for the harshest and most demanding area of any vehicle: the wheels.
Designed to withstand extreme temperatures, brake dust, road salt, aggressive chemicals and heavy road grime, this coating creates a transparent, ultra-durable protective layer on painted, powder-coated, matte, chrome, and polished rims. Formulated with advanced SiO₂ technology and premium components, EWOCAR WheelPro not only boosts gloss but also provides powerful defence against chemical etching and dramatically reduces contamination adhesion.
High-Temperature stability & Long-Term Protection
Wheels endure some of the most aggressive environments on any vehicle. EWOCAR WheelPro delivers exceptional durability with up to 3 years and high thermal resistance up to +1,000 °C.
Hydrophobic Performance & Easy Maintenance
Creates an extremely slick, super-hydrophobic surface that actively repels brake dust, dirt, water, and iron particles — keeping wheels noticeably cleaner for longer and significantly reducing the need for frequent washing.
Multi-Layer Compatible
Built for layering - stack 2–3 coats for extreme durability in high-mileage or severe conditions.
User-Friendly Application
Forgiving application window with excellent levelling – ideal for both pros and experienced enthusiasts.
How to use EWOCAR WheelPro:
- Thoroughly prepare the surface: pre-wash with EWOCAR ALK PreWash, followed by EWOCAR Bleed Iron Remover. Ensure the wheel is completely clean, dry, and cool to the touch.
- Degrease the wheels using our EWOCAR Degreaser.
- Apply EWOCAR WheelPro using the EWOCAR applicator. Work in small sections to achieve even coverage and a visible wet film.
- Allow the coating to dwell for 1 to 3 minutes. Then remove excess product with an microfibre Cloth. Lightly buff the area until the surface is clear and streak-free.
- If applying a second layer: wait 20 minutes before repeating steps 3 & 4.
Curing: best is to leave the coating to cure for 18 hours without any water contact. Full curing and maximum performance are reached after 9 to 10 days.
