Applying professional ceramic coatings, solvent panel wipes, and handling paint correction dust exposes detailers to hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and airborne particles. The Finixa MAS 00 Respirator Kit provides high-efficiency A1/P2 protection designed to shield your lungs from harsh coating fumes, solvent vapors, and fine polishing dust. Constructed with a soft, non-irritating silicone half-mask, it ensures an airtight, comfortable seal during extended coating installations and workshop paint prep.

Key Features

  • Active Carbon VOC Filtration: Dual A1 gas cartridges neutralize harsh solvent vapours and chemical fumes emitted during ceramic coating, graphene application, and panel wipe downs.
  • High-Quality Silicone Seal: Lightweight, hypoallergenic half-mask provides a comfortable, leak-free facial seal without irritating the skin during long detailing sessions.
  • 4-Point Adjustable Harness: Features adjustable head and neck straps for a custom fit that won't slip while working around vehicle panels.
  • Replaceable Filter System: Easily swap out spent gas cartridges and pre-filters to maintain peak respiratory protection.
  • Certified Safety Protection: Fully compliant with PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, CE 0082, EN140:1998, EN 14387:2004 + A1:2008, and EN 143:2000/A1:2006.

How to Use the Mask

  1. Unpack & Inspect: Take the mask out of the case and check that all filter components are securely attached.
  2. Check Filters: Ensure the MAS 06 gas cartridges, MAS 05 dust filters, and MAS 09 protection caps are seated properly.
  3. Fit & Adjust: Place the half-mask over your mouth and nose before opening ceramic coating bottles or solvent preps. Adjust all 4 straps for a snug seal.
  4. Proper Storage: After application, clean the silicone facepiece and seal the mask back in its original box (stored between 2°C to 70°C) to preserve active carbon filter life.
