Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 is an innovative, silicone-oil-free machine polish designed for the fast reworking of heavily weathered paintwork, elimination of deep scratches, and effective removal of paint mists and sanding traces down to P1200 grain. Utilising an extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, it achieves an exceptionally high level of cut alongside an excellent gloss level. It can be polished for prolonged periods without sticking and with low dust formation across all paint types, including soft and scratch-resistant clears.

Highly efficient and easy to work, it provides maximum defect removal while maintaining high clarity.

Areas of Use

Suitable for paintwork on cars, commercial vehicles, motorbikes, and similar transport.

Directions for Use

  1. Apply using a rotary polisher paired with a lambskin pad (for sanding traces of P1200–P2500) or a Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding traces of P1500–P3000).
  2. Prime fresh or dry pads thoroughly with polish prior to use.
  3. With the polisher turned off, spread the product evenly across the panel.
  4. Polish thoroughly using crosswise passes under medium speed and medium pressure.
  5. For the best possible finish, follow up with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01.
  6. Buff off residue cleanly using an ultrasonically cut, edgeless microfibre cloth.

  • Do not apply to hot surfaces.
  • Protect from frost and extreme heat.
