This isn’t just another wash stage tool; it is a precision-engineered instrument built for professional detailers and serious enthusiasts who demand flawless performance and Italian design excellence.

1. Dual-Thread Optimised Compatibility

Engineered to integrate flawlessly with your existing setup. The cannon head features a clever dual-thread design supporting both 70mm and 28mm bottle necks. This allows you to directly connect:

• The included 1000ml bottle.
• Labocosmetica 500ml/1000ml chemical bottles (like PRIMUS, PURIFICA and NEVE).
• Standard 28mm decanting and dispenser bottles.

2. Triple-Filter High-Density Foam Generation

To achieve the perfect, long-dwelling blanket of foam, the cannon utilizes an advanced three-layer filtration system. By sandwiching a high-density fibre filter between two tightly woven stainless steel metal mesh gauzes, it effortlessly emulsifies pre-washes into a rich, uniform, and stable foam.

3. Precision Flow & Fan Adjustment

Take total control over your pre-wash application with three independent adjustment points:

• Top Bezel Dial (+/-): Regulates the water-to-chemical ratio to fine-tune foam thickness.
• Front Nozzle: Rotates to expand or narrow the spray pattern width (fan size).
• Collar Nozzle: Adjusts the spray orientation instantly between a horizontal or vertical fan pattern.

4. Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Core

Built to withstand commercial environments and aggressive detailing chemicals. The internal block is machined from high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, finished with a clean, laser-engraved Labocosmetica logo.

5. Weighted Suction Line

Inside the bottle, the signature-coloured blue pickup hose features a heavy, brass-weighted anchor and filter. This ensures the line remains at the lowest point of the fluid—even when tilting the lance. Drawing every last drop of chemical without pulsing or dropping pressure.

6. Impact-Resistant Silicone Boot

The base of the bottle is protected by a heavy-duty silicone cover adorned with Labocosmetica’s signature ribbed pattern. This cushions the bottle against harsh concrete floors and prevents accidental tipping.

How to Use

• STEP 01 | Dilute
  Pour your chosen snow foam or pre-wash into the bottle, adhering to the manufacturer's recommended dilution ratios. Use the integrated bottle gradients or the included jigger for accurate measurement.
• STEP 02 | Connect
  Securely thread the bottle onto the foam cannon head, then connect it to your pressure washer lance. Tip: Give it a brief test spray towards the ground first to ensure the quick-release or coupling is securely locked in place.
• STEP 03 | Adjust
  Rotate the front nozzle to dial in your preferred spray angle and orientation. Use the top (+/-) dial to regulate the foam density.
• STEP 04 | Apply
  Coat the vehicle evenly, working from the bottom upward. Note: Laying the foam on excessively thick can cause it to pull itself off the paintwork too quickly. Aim for a rich, uniform layer that maximises dwell time.

Maintenance & Care Guide

To maintain maximum performance and longevity from your high-density filters, follow these simple care steps:

• 01 | Post-Wash Flush
  After every use, empty any remaining chemical from the bottle, rinse it out, and refill it with clean, clear water. Run the foam cannon for at least 30 seconds to thoroughly flush out the internal mesh filters and nozzle. This prevents dried chemical residue from clogging the mesh or causing premature internal corrosion.
• 02 | Silicone Boot Care
  Periodically remove the silicone boot from the base of the bottle. Dry both surfaces completely before reassembling to prevent trapped moisture from causing water spots or mould.
• 03 | Filter Maintenance
  If you notice a sudden drop in foam density or a pulsing spray pattern, the internal metal mesh filters may be blocked by debris or mineral buildup. The cannon body can be carefully disassembled to rinse the filters in clean water or replace them if necessary.
• 04 | Correct Storage
  Store the foam cannon kit in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use.
