The SGCB Snow Foam Cannon is a heavy-duty tool designed to pre-wash vehicles safely and efficiently. By generating a thick, uniform layer of clinging foam, it safely loosens and lifts abrasive road grime, salt, and dirt away from the paintwork before you touch the car with a wash mitt. This significantly reduces the risk of inflicting swirl marks and micro-scratches during the main wash phase.
Key Features
- Refined Brass Internal Core: The internal manifold is precision-machined from high-grade, corrosion-resistant brass to withstand continuous high pressure and concentrated valeting chemicals without degrading.
- 1-Litre Wide-Mouth Bottle: Manufactured from durable, chemical-resistant polyethylene (PE). The wide-neck design prevents spills when filling, and the embossed metric measurement markings allow for accurate soap-to-water dilution.
-
Dual-Adjustable Control:
- Top Knob: Adjusts the air-to-water ratio to control foam thickness (turn towards "–" for denser, longer-clinging foam, or "+" for a lighter mixture).
- 360° Rotating Nozzle: Twists to alter the spray pattern from a narrow stream to a wide, horizontal or vertical fan for rapid coverage.
- Universal Fitting: Equipped with a standard 1/4" quick-release connector, making it directly compatible with the vast majority of pressure washer lance triggers. Adapters for the majority of power washers on the market are available separately here.
Technical Information
- Minimum Pressure: 1,000 PSI (approx. 70 Bar)
- Minimum Flow Rate: 7.5 Litres per minute (LPM)
Application & Maintenance
- For Best Results: Fill the bottle with warm water before adding your chosen snow foam concentrate. Apply the foam to a dry vehicle, working from the bottom upwards. Allow the foam to dwell for 3 to 5 minutes to break down the traffic film before rinsing the vehicle thoroughly.
- After-Use Care: Once finished, empty any remaining soap mixture from the bottle, refill it with clean water, and reconnect the cannon. Run your pressure washer through the gun for 30–60 seconds until only clear water sprays out. This simple step flushes out the internal mesh filter, preventing dried soap residue from clogging the lance and reducing its performance next time.
