Blindo Plus is a new coating concept: it creates an ultra-fine, transparent layer that increases the hydrophobic properties of the surface and is more resistant to the adhesion of salt deposits (limestone) and to the action of corrosive agents (rain, salts, detergents, etc.). It also has greater chemical stability for improved durability over time.
Blindo Plus is our Premium Base Coat that is used to stratify the next layers until an extremely hard surface is achieved. The next layers can be applied ONE HOUR after the first application thereby saving a great amount of time
Blindo Plus ensures very high performance and a duration of at least 30,000 km without maintenance and is compatible with the entire #Labocosmetica coating line.
#HPC PRO opens the way to a new category of overcoat coatings. Thanks to its nano hydro-gel system technology it creates a hydrophobic membrane with a polymeric matrix consisting of “building blocks” that crosslink and anchor directly on the surface at room temperature, generating a very resistant and elastic layer.
HPC PRO is resistant to chemical, saline and uv ray attacks which cause corrosion and non-removable stains it also has antifouling properties its distinguishing feature is its antistatic and antifouling capacity, leaving the car clean for longer.
The HPC PRO coating can be applied alone or as a protective agent on other #labocosmetica coatings (top coating) this membrane creates a three-dimensional gloss that provides deep shine and enhances the colour of the paint.
*Durability Information
The #Labocosmetica coatings were subjected to different stress tests first in the laboratory and then directly in the field thanks also to the collaboration of different international detailers.
We have selected the cities with the most extreme climatic conditions in the world: Dubai (United Arab Emirates) for the scorching heat and its sandstorms, Delhi (India) and Manila (Philippines) for the suffocating smog and the tropical heat, Moscow (Russia) and Gothenburg (Sweden) for the cold and the road conditions, in addition to the major European capitals where the climatic and road conditions are certainly more normal.
It should be noted that for the entire duration of the tests it was not always possible to comply with the coating maintenance program recommended by us.
This allowed us to verify the condition of the treated surface in the worst situation.
With the results of the numerous tests we have made a weighted average where it can be seen that one year of life of our coatings is approximately 15,000 km.
